Frequency Asked Questions

Processing time:

Your item will be made by order so it takes 2-3 weeks processing time of receiving payment and 3-4 weeks for custom made items. 

Shipping: ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand

  • Free shipping to USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia and Asia.

  • We ship by DHL express which takes 3-5 business days delivery time. Your item will be shipped from Bangkok, Thailand with full insurance covered and will need customer contact number for shipping registration. We will send you tracking number as soon as your order ships.​

 

Ring size and International ring size:

--Please add ring size in Note when ordered.--

For non-US customers, please feel free to provide ring sizes in your country standard such as size M, size 53, size 12, etc.

​Payment:

We use PayPal Checkout which you can pay with PayPal, debit or credit cards, and even local payment methods. By clicking Paypal check out first then, the pop up window appears and will ask you to log in to pay by Paypal or you can scroll down and choose to pay by debit or credit card at the bottom.

Custom made order

We welcome custom made order. Please provide us details so we can help recommend and prepare appraisal.

Engraving Services

Laser engraving is available for merchandise with sufficient space for engraving (e.g. rings, wedding band rings, bracelets etc.) with complimentary free of charge.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Thailand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Porana has no control over these charges, nor can Porana predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery

Refunds and Exchanges

Our items are custom made to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake in following those specifications.

 

If you do have a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

 

A full refund minus shipping fees, sizing costs (if any), when I receive returned item in its original condition. Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Certification

All of your order will come with shop certification. You can use this certification to apply for insurance. However, we also have the option to certify our jewelry pieces with world renowned laboratory IGI (see sample of jewelry report here https://www.igi.org/jewelry-reports/en) with additional cost $35 and require about 2 weeks time to do the report.
